Rico Sandoval of Today’s Home Inspection Service has been working in the new construction and repair industry since 1989. Rico spent 11 years working for Lewis Homes where he learned the ins and outs of walk-through, home warranty, and quality control checks and preparing for new homes for move-in.

Rico then became a customer service representative for Centex Homes in Los Angeles. He handled warranty repairs, quality control inspections, and walk-through’s and follow-up calls with home owners. While working there he received the Highest Customer Service Award from Centex.

Since 2004 Rico has been operating Today’s Home Inspection Service. His vast knowledge and experience gives his company the leading edge over other home inspection companies. Rico takes pride in educating the prospective homeowner.
